At MasterClass Sports Tours we try to make sure we've included everything you need for the perfect tour experience. We offer the following elements in our standard quotes but this can be tailored depending on your budget or sporting requirements:

  • Information packs for group leaders
  • Sports coaching and fixtures/tournaments
  • Travel by air or coach
  • Full board accommodation (3 meals a day)
  • Helpful in-resort representative team
  • Excursions included or optional extras
  • Prize giving & disco night
  • In-resort transfers for all included sports & activities
  • Free staff places

What’s not included as standard on all tours?

  • Meals en route, unless specifically stated.
  • Entrance fees, boat trips, guides etc, unless specifically stated
  • Drinks with meals, other than breakfast
  • The cost of a full passport, as required by the country to be visited
  • The cost of visas and immigration taxes
  • Transfers for excursions, unless specifically included
  • Gratuities or gifts for guides etc, unless specifically included
  • UK airport transfers for flight groups
  • 10 Euro Hotel damage deposit – refundable at the end of your stay (subject to no damage)
  • Travel insurance
