MasterClass Holland April 2012 saw over 1,000 pupils and students venture across the channel for their annual sports tour to Holland, for a week of intensive coaching and international fixtures. Schools from all over the UK experienced a mix of evening sporting fixtures against Dutch opposition and our UK sports coaches pushed the students to the athletic boundaries with their intensive coaching throughout the week.

The Dutch showed unbelievable hospitality in every sport with their Dutch treats. As always the end of week Hockey, Netball and Football tournament gave the UK schools and opportunity to compete against each other, with each team receiving a player of the week trophy and every student leaving the event with a well deserved MasterClass medal.

Comberton Village College and Royal Masonic ended their sports tour to Holland with a night in Paris and a visit to Disneyland Paris, an added tour excursion which is becoming very popular for 2013! All other groups complimented their week with a whole host of excursions which Valkenburg had to offer including Laser Tag & Tobogganing, PSV Stadium tours, local swimming and bowling to name a few.
